How to Return an Item

Request a Return

Go to My Orders in your account, select the item, and click "Request Return". Or contact us with your order number.

Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return slip inside the package.

Schedule Pickup

Our delivery partner will pick up the package from your address at a scheduled time. Free pickup for defective items.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Items in original, unused condition
  • Items with all tags and labels attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Orders within 7 days of delivery
  • Sale items within 3 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

Store Credit

Added to your Flint Engine account instantly. Can be used on any future purchase. No expiry.
