Yes, you can cancel within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processing. Contact us and we'll help.

Standard shipping within Dhaka takes 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka, it takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available for Dhaka orders.

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over ৳2,000. Orders under ৳2,000 have a flat shipping fee of ৳60 within Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Sale items can be returned within 3 days.

Go to My Orders, select the item, and click "Request Return". Or contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. The amount is credited to your original payment method or as store credit.

Yes! You can exchange for a different size or color within 7 days. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If less, we'll refund the balance.
